How long does dry cleaning usually take?

What types of garments can be dry cleaned?
Many suits, dresses, coats, formal garments, lined clothing, selected knitwear, and delicate fabrics can be professionally dry cleaned. The care label and garment construction should always be checked first.
How often should I dry clean a suit?
There is no fixed schedule for every suit. Frequency depends on wear, stains, odour, perspiration, climate, and storage. If the suit is fresh and clean after light wear, immediate cleaning may not be necessary.
Is dry cleaning safe for delicate garments?

What is included in wash-and-fold service?
Everyday washable garments are sorted, washed, dried, and neatly folded. Dry-clean-only and delicate items should be separated so they can receive the correct care process.
Can I request specific laundry preferences?
If specific detergent, fragrance, temperature, or handling preferences are available, note them when placing your order so the team can confirm whether they can be accommodated.
Can wash-and-fold service be scheduled regularly?

03 · Stains & Garment Care
Can every stain be removed?
No cleaner can guarantee removal of every stain. Results depend on the stain type, fabric, colour, age, previous treatment, and heat exposure. Prompt professional assessment can improve the chances of successful treatment.
Should I treat a stain at home before bringing it in?
Be cautious. Rubbing, heat, water, or household stain products can sometimes spread the mark, alter colour, or set the stain. For valuable or delicate garments, professional assessment is usually safer.
Should I tell you what caused the stain?
Yes. Knowing whether the stain came from food, oil, makeup, ink, drink, or another substance can help the team choose an appropriate treatment approach.

What types of alterations do you offer?
Services may include hemming, shortening, waist and fit adjustments, button replacement, zip repairs, and other practical garment repairs. More complex work may require an in-person assessment.
Do I need an appointment for alterations?

Can you clean wedding dresses?

What about beads, sequins, lace, or other embellishments?
Embellished garments require extra assessment because beads, sequins, adhesives, lace, trims, and decorative elements can respond differently to cleaning. Bring the garment in for review before assuming a standard process is suitable.
